Excellent location
Horace’s apartment is very nice. The cleaners didn’t clean the floors very well before our arrival and it could use a deep dusting but Horace quickly let me know where the vacuum was. Not a big deal. I’m just a neat freak. The actual surfaces were clean and nice. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The showers were perfectly large which is always nice to have space. Plenty of towels and wash rags were available in the closet and dryer. I can’t speak to kitchen items as we really weren’t there much for our fairly quick trip. We did use the pool. It was a little hard to figure out how to get to it but we did find it and it was nice up there. The location is really nice. It’s near plenty of food places and grocery stores and is very safe feeling. The apartment building is gated so once you get the key you can easily get thru the gate and into the apartment and access to pool etc. You must have the one key fob for everything. In the courtyard there is ping pong, volleyball and corn hole available. The kids played ping pong a couple of times since everything you need is right there and our 22 year old used the gym for a bit. Overall very good stay.

This was the most pleasurable experience. Walking in, the apartment/condo smelled heavenly and immaculate. We had welcome snacks and drinks which the boys loved. WiFi was very fast. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was state of the art. We had Netflix and board games available. The amenities of the property included pool table, ping pong table, volleyball net, cornhole, fitness center, indoor and rooftop pool (with a Big Green Egg to grill). You can also see Stone Mountain from the roof top. Everything was over the top clean. Right outside the condo window is Dunkin Doughnuts, Tropical Cafe, Mod Pizza, and the best chicken I have ever eaten (we ate there 3 times) Scorches Hot Chicken. A fresh market grocery store and Walmart is within walking distance also. The property owner was fabulous and very thoughtful. Honestly, stay here.

Wonderful stay in Decatur
Horace's property is beautiful and in a great location of Decatur, GA. This is an awesome spot if you are visiting Emory or want to stay in the Decatur area. It is a nice condo with a lot of amenities (we did not have time to use during our short stay, but they include a rooftop pool, indoor hot tub, gym, and pool tables). The two beds are very comfortable, and the sofa is large for multiple people. The bathrooms are luxurious. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals or eat your take-out. Horace met us on property to show the lockbox info and where to park. He prefers to meet the guests in person at check-in for safety of the property. We would definitely choose to stay here again in our next visit to Decatur, as it was a beautiful, comfortable condo with a lot within walking distance if you do not rent a car.

Weekend Getaway
When visiting my son at Emory university, my family and I stayed at this condo for three nights. It was absolutely perfect!! We were beyond thrilled with the location, condo and premises. The complex is beautiful and our property manager could not have been more attentive! We will certainly return on our next visit!

Perfect for time away
If you're looking for a nice and quiet place, then this is it. Everything and I mean everything thing you need is in walking distance or a 10 minute drive. The host was very nice and gave a tour to show all the extras to enjoy. Even had complimentary wine! Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. Also the pictures do no justice because it's much more beautiful and very clean in person.
