Where do I begin? Let me state as a woman of color im funny about my 4 & 5 star hotel bookings cause its rarely fully enjoyable. But this for my birthday weekend my friends gifted me. My best friend called the hotel beforehand to onquire if they have a rooftop pool and was told yes they do. The pool is on the 3rd floor. There is no rooftop pool so they lied. Paid extra for a top floor room w a view -bldg strobelight right outside my window so.. no night views. The fridge oh my apologies.. the "chiller" did not "chill" anything.. our drinks were hotter after being in the "chiller". Called the front desk to advise and was told if the light is on its working.. its a "chiller" not a fridge. Ok. Could tell NOBODY at the pool wanted me & boyfriend in it. IFYKYK Then there was a huge beautiful wedding booked that weekend and the hotel was pandemonium from 8am all day. I checked out at 5:30pm the day before I was due to checkout. Miserable. Then as I was checking out I asked if I'd still be charged for 2 days of parking at $41 a day. He said "no you never used your complimentary bar tab of $50 during your stay" Which I NEVER knew about cause I was NEVER told about it when I checked in. So they used that credit toward my parking. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay. This was supposed to be a luxury experience for my birthday and I hated it. Will forever tell anybody I know to book elsewhere because it's not an experience worth it for people like me.

I stayed at the property for a conference and then exteneded my stay for an extra night. I overheard other ppl in the elevator complain about gnats in their room and having to change rooms. I didnt have that experience. The hotel was having renovations done but where I was for the conference and the room I stayed in I didnt experience any interruptions. My stay at this location was good.
