The parking area was to dark. The breakfast food wasn't good. The maid service wasn't good. They should automatically clean your room, if you don't put on the don't disturb sign. We didn't know to ask for the room to be clean. Our room wasn't clean doing the duration of our stay.

Ended up having an unplanned mini vacation in Atlanta (thanks to Delta airlines crowdstrike debacle). We needed a hotel relatively close to the airport and we have always loved Hampton inns/suites when we travel on the west coast. It is no different on the east coast (and that’s a good thing). Clean, modern, very comfortable bed and pillows, fridge/microwave, self serve laundry, and the best free breakfast in the game. Very nice neighborhood that’s walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Can’t recommend Rreals Tacos enough. Some of the best margaritas and birria tacos you will ever have. We loved it so much we went there two nights in a row. 10/10 for this Hampton Inns and suites

Most of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful except one person.(Justin) He was not friendly. He did answer our questions but kind of short. We did not like the ideal that we had to pay for parking. The breakfast was nice and well as the breakfast staff.

Everything was great. Except for the parking conditions. The parking area connected to the building was very small and only had room for possibly 20 cars. We had to pay $25 a day for parking and still had to park in a different parking garage, then walk in the rain to the hotel.

The property was nice but there was only one staff member who greeted us during our entire stay and I believe his name was Austin. He used a cane when he walked. The other staff members were always on mute. Also, I did not like how staff kept coming in our room when we were gone to leave notifications on the desk in the room about how the water company will be testing the water. They could have slid the paper under the door or left it on the door. I did not like how they would always wait until we left the room to come in our room.

The parking garage smelled like sewage, the room smelled musty and was damp, you could hear the people next door breathing, there were stains on the sheets and it made us feel itchy. Checked out after less than a day, which we were meant to stay for two more days. Would not recommend or come back

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. The provided breakfast buffet is stocked with varied and delicious options. Big shout out to their delectable waffle bar. My only reason for docking them a star was because their pool is little more than an oversized bathtub. It might have been at most 70 square feet. Besides that, though, I would recommend this spot.

The staff was outstanding and polite. I asked them to fix my toilet twice and they sent somebody. The guy said it was never fixed twice but it kept making loud noises after you flushed for several minutes. I guess they thought I was okay with the noises. No, let us move you to another room or discount for the inconvenience. Couldn't sleep. If the toilet was fixed the stay would have been great.

When I arrived the lady at the front desk was helping a customer on the phone. It took a few minutes for her to get done. But, when she was done she was very apologetic for having to make me so long wait to check in that she even gave me a discount on my parking. I didn't realize that there was no hair dryer in the room (not sure if that is all the rooms or just a miss on my room #710). I just assumed that all hotels have them. I didn't bother to call the front desk because it was 5:00 am when I got out of the shower and just couldn't wait for them to bring me one. I guess that was my fault for not checking sooner. The breakfast was very good. There was a good variety of cereal. yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and pastries. I was there only one night. All in in all it was a good stay. I would stay there again.
