Upon arriving at 4:30 PM, our room was not ready. We were to receive a call when it was. The phone number for the hotel is a constant busy signal. 3 hours later, we finally received the call. Parking garage $36 a day. Resets at midnight. Meaning an overnight stay =$72, or Valet for $50. Room reeked of Fabulouso. Free breakfast attached behind breakfast area that is $25.50 per person for the same buffet breakfast. Front desk directs you 'straight ahead' to the breakfast area, which is the pay breakfast. The other is to the right down a hall yo a Private breakfast (no note directing you to the Staybridge breakfast until you see a photo copied 5 x 7 sheets in black and white directing you to it. It is connected to the paid buffet area, which staff does not greet you until you have already helped yourself to the breakfast. Noisey down town area. Never again.

The balcony glass door used single-layer glass so although our room was on the 21st floor, we could hear the traffic at night as if we were on the 1st floor. Wear and tear is quite visible. All the shampoo, conditioner, and body bottles attached to the shower wall were empty. My wife always carries those things in travel packages, so I didn’t bother asking. It worked for us, but it will be nice to see some renovations.

The room had a terrible musty smell, could probably have found mold if i looked for it. Parking was 26-50 dollars. Staybridge and Crown plaza share a lobby, this was very confusing when we wer trying to check in.

The room overall was pretty dirty, the floors were gross and there were stains absolutely everywhere. There were stains on the blanket, pillows, carpet on the floor, etc. As well, the ac works very slowly and takes extremely long to cool and the staff there seems pretty impatient. I did not have many interactions due to reading previous reviews and hoping to avoid bad interactions. As well, the market they have there was not stocked well at all and had very limited options. So if you needed a quick snack, it was definitely not an option. But overall, I do not recommend and I will not be staying here again.

Overall room and hotel appearance was good. Was upset that the pool was out of service all weekend (kids were looking forward to a swim) and the temperature in the halls and rooms felt very warm (didn’t even sleep with blankets) despite attempting to drop temp on thermostat lower and maintenance reporting they were functioning fine.

When we arrived they had giving the room we selected online and paid for way because they said it was sold out. Then told us it would be the same as price for the downgraded room . Then the tub was clogged up cause the water was filling in the tube with the shower on. And it was not cleaned properly because there was a bottle of coke under the bed and we didn’t put it there

The air in multiple rooms was not in working condition. The night agent was nonchalant and unsympathetic to the fact we had traveled all day had an early morning and no suitable options. It was try this other room if it doesn't work I don't know what to tell you. Exact words!! The original room was filthy, it looked as if no one stayed there in years!! The dust was thick as the mattress

Do not stay here. The air conditioning doesn’t work. There were no towels in the room no soap no shampoo. Nothing the linens on the pullout couch had not been changed. There were crumbs on them.

The customer service was awful. The front desk clerk cursed out my 14 yo niece out for being loud in the lobby. No AC in rooms. Moved three times due to no ac. One time they put us in a room where there were people already occupying.

I wouldn’t stay over there if I knew what I experienced, I rarely write reviews but people need to know this: -AC was not cooling -The place was not properly clean, I stepped on a toe dirty nail walking into the carpet room. My bed blanket had several different color stains. -The pool was dirty and overcrowded, so you can't use -Breakfast service was lacking in everything, I felt I was in the Hunger Games -Cops were called because of noisy neighbors, kids crying, bagging on the wall, and the smell of marijuana everywhere. The noise started at 11:30 pm and ended at 2:00 am. -You have 4 elevators for 25 floors, so if you try to check out you are going to be late. There is usually a line to take them. When I checked out a family had in line for 50 mins to get the elevator. -The longest check-in process I've done. I’ve traveled to over 16 states and 15 countries. -Overprized, 450 dollars for 3 nights to get less than the bare minimum. There is more to it. But I'll be surprised if you still want to stay…

Arrive an hour after check in, there was a long line and they were turning people away due to rooms not being available. The whole time i am in line waiting to speak to someone the valet is constantly asking me about my vehicle. Jeremy who was working the front desk was incredibly well versed in both properties policys and had answers to all my questions. He was able to accomdate us when we were inconvenienced, and handled everything with patience and grace.
