Our experience at the sleep inn is the worst stay ever. First of all, as soon we arrived to the front desk there’s no one at the front desk to greet you or check you in! I’ve waited at least minutes tell the receptionist showed up, I’d my reservation through Expedia fully paid.! But the receptionist ask me for another $100 as a deposit!! Which I’ve never told? I paid the deposit amount, and finally gave me my room, but upon arrival to my room I found the air condition wasn’t working?? I’m late for my appointment at this moment ! I’ve to go back to the receptionist again and explain it to her, then she gave another room which I found it later it was the worst filthy room I’ve ever experienced, bugs on the room, and cockroaches every where!! That’s really disgusting . I couldn’t sleep, so I’ve a pictures & video approve for my statement before I went down again to the receptionist and asked for the hotel manger, at this time was a man receptionist and showed him disgusting pictures and video , he told me you can talk to the manager in the morning!! These’s nothing he can do. Try to talk to the manger by no luck!! Un satisfied customer.
