"We LOVE staying at this property, but honestly until the double guest room showers are updated we may not return. I am aware there is a queen ADA room, but we cannot stay together in that room as there is only one bed. My mother fell in the shower as there was no non-skid mat in the room. The showers in the double rooms are WAY TOO SMALL and unsafe. It is a miracle that she was not more seriously injured. We did complete an incident report immediately after it happened Saturday afternoon 5/9/2026. It was Mother's Day Weekend, the last thing we needed was for my poor mother to fall in a shower that housekeeping had not equipped properly with what we learned should have had a non-slip shower mat. We also learned only upon completing the incident report that they have shower chairs available to guests. This is sad to learn only after her injury. "

"This was a clean, well-equipped space with everything you might need for a stay at the beach. We especially appreciated the welcome card from the hosts, snacks, coffee pods and beach gear-including boogie boards! There is a jacuzzi right outside and we also enjoyed the nearby beach access and large, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The beach is long and the ocean was gorgeous. There are lots of amenities at this gated community for families to enjoy like mini golf, volleyball, and tennis. Overall, a great stay-we would definitely come again! "

"I did not enjoy a place that was not cleaned appliances was dirty. Microwave was dirty rusted out stove was dirty and had rust on it. Refrigerator had rust on it. No part of the apartment was clean to the degree that it should’ve been. It has not been vacuumed. The sheets were dirty. it was not the kind of place I would ever run again."

"The room was updated and very clean! However, I strongly dislike it when the advertising for the resort doesn't state when amenities listed, aren't available. Had i known the splash pad was broken and the indoor pool, hot tub was also unavailable I would not have booked there. Also, I didn't like that you could so loudly hear tge people above us. It sounded like a heard of elephants above us. When I asked for more coffee, I was sent to find the maintenance/ housekeeping building vs it being available at the front desk where it was supposed to be. If I'm staying 3 nights I would expect coffee for three nights. I probably won't stay here again but the rooms themselves were great ."
