"The woman in charge, that was in the lobby when's we arrived, was all the time very unfriendly, we had to wait until she wanted to open the doors of the lobby like 20 minutes and was very cold outside. In the Breakfast she took our food away just 1 minute after 9:00 when they closed and we arrived at the restaurant at 8:50 before closing time and she abruptly and rudely told us that it was already closed and that she would not give us the food. There was another guest in front of us and we had to wait a few minutes for him to finish serving himself and that is why we were 1 minute past 9:00. And the other day that we were there, she also did not give us water from the machine. In 3 days that we were there, they did not even change our towels or sheets nor did they come in to clean. We were very poorly attended to and that is why WE CHANGED hotels. That lady is very unpleasant."
