“This is a great house for a family. It’s too difficult for an elderly couple. We couldn’t get off and on the couch. It’s so low. The ice machine doesn’t work, so make sure bring bag of ice”

“This property was perfect for our large family. It was clean, and we appreciated the nice to haves such as beach chairs and towels and board games. Had we stayed longer we would have used the grill and pool table. This location was close to the beach and Navy base. Perfect!”

“Having a list of instructions for the washer, TV, stove etc would be helpful. Yes we can figure it out but always good to have instructions just in case. Also, there were no instructions for check out. Were we to strip beds, put trash at curb, etc. A list of nearby attractions, restaurants and things to do is always a nice touch.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We walked to the Beach diner for breakfast every morning. We stayed over July 4th weekend and it was the perfect location it was close enough to engage in the fun and beach fireworks but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful when we went to bed. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We will...

“This is a good location just off Atlantic Blvd. We could not hear the businesses next door and yes they had crowds, even the washer/dryer (big) and surprisingly quiet. I'm a landlord myself, so the place was clean, everything worked, and we had no real issues. It was great for just the two of us and would like to return for future visits. ”

“Loved the location. In walking distance to great restaurants, local coffee shops, shopping, and activities. Clean, A/C worked great, there was a blow dryer, iron and ironing board which was nice to have. The internet also worked well. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know.”
