杰克逊维尔海滩城市度假短租

“The biggest problem from the start is this. Online the place is listed as a one bedroom. This unit is a studio. Had I known it was a studio I would not have booked it, simple as that. It was clean, the kitchen was fine, the bathroom was fine. The "outdoor space" is not enclosed, useless for pets. There is an outdoor shower but one of the units has a Florida room that overlooks it so I wasn't going to put on a show. This unit had a beach umbrella, it's broken. The A/C unit sits low in the wall……

“The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)”

“Perfect location, well appointed, will rent again”

“Comfortable and very clean condo. Great location, very close to the beach.”

“Place is great very clean near to the beach. It’s everything you need.”

“Location! location! location! Can't beat a 3 minute walk, with 3 kids and a beach cart only taking 3 minutes at the hottest point of the day is excellent. Clean efficient for what we needed, just enough space for my family of 5.”

“It was a well stocked apartment with a short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch.”

“We had an amazing time. It was very nice very clean smell good. The neighbors were very sweet on Fourth of July. We were gonna go to the beach and shoot the fireworks off, but we have been at the beach all day and we came home. We saw neighbors that lived there shooting fireworks you know in the parking lot and I asked him if it was OK if we shot fireworks in the parking lot they said absolutely come and join us so we ordered a pizza and started shooting off fireworks. Had a great time. the……

“Other than the issue with the upstairs neighbors being unruly, the stay was great. I know that is out of your control until you hear about it. The next night was 95% better, still a little bit from young people, I get it, I was young once. Overall the stay was just what we needed, the location is great also.”

“Great place. Exactly as advertised.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable beach house. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful atmosphere, and close proximity to the water made it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quality time. You are also walking distance to shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend this property to everyone. We can’t wait to……
