“This is a beautiful apartment. It is nicely decorated and in a very quiet location. The beach is a short walk away. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, but not so close as to be obtrusive. I will definitely consider this location first when I return to Amelia Island.”

“Host and manager were friendly and very helpful. However, VRBO online description stated it sleeps 8, but 2 sofa-beds had been removed leaving sleeping for only 6. Smoke detector in bedroom had been removed. Bathroom towel bar missing. Short-term rental license displayed in entryway was expired. Tub had drainage issue. This property has potential but is tired and needs a redo.”

“Great place. It was quiet and clean. It was nice to have the pool with chairs to layout when we got too hot at the beach. Also had plenty of covered parking the week we went which was nice since it rained a bit when we were there. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was nice to have. Only thing missing that I saw was a corkscrew to open the lovely bottle of wine we received at check in. But we still found a way to open it! Plenty of full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.……
