“Clean well equipped condo. Convenient central Amelia Island location. Easy access to the beach, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island Plantation area.”

“This property is not on the beach but offers easy access, just a quick walk across the street. We had an issue with the mini-split air conditioning system but the owners were easy to contact and worked quickly to get the issue resolved! “Good place with convenient location.”

“Beach was literally across the street which is what we were looking for ”

“We had a great 10-day stay at Nicole's condo in Amelia Landing. Check-in, check-out and stay instructions on the property were very well communicated. The property was clean, well maintained and had several recent upgrades. The screened porch was a great plus and we were comfortable with all features of the property. The complex pool was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We plan to book again in 2027.”

“We had a great stay at Salty Smiles. The condo was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The landscaping and the pool area are lovely and we enjoyed watching the turtles and bunnies outside.”
