I always stay at Resorts when I come to AC, however, this stay was upsetting. There were ants not only in one room, but all 3 rooms I wound up in. The first and second toom were invested, the third room had them, but lightly. We were comped a nights stay, so we had an extra night, but the hassle of ants and the changing of the room several times, took away from the trip. I will probably go back to Resorts, but they better step their game up or that will be the last time I book with them! GET IT TOGETHER RESORTS, I'M ROOTING FOR YOU!

I will never recommend any or stay at that hotel again, every thing is terrible, food the room. I booked for two nights, and the one spent one, i life to stay at a another hotel. HRH which was way better and cleaner.

The Resorts is right next to Hard Rock. If you enjoy a quieter atmosphere then go with this hotel. Hard Rock is a 3 minute walk and is a lot more lively. I personally enjoyed the quiet. Dont have to wait long periods of times for food, drinks, elevators or things like that. Valet service was excellent, bell man was very helpful and front desk was satisfactory. What truly made the stay wonderful was one particular casino security guard named Sunshine. He was so friendly and the few times we saw him he was just awesome! The rooms were clean. Nothing out right wrong with them. Slight smell but not too overwhelming. The view from our room was terrible but hey...lol. Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
