“A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful……

“The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating.”

“Great location from which to explore Montreal! Don’t judge a book by its cover- this apartment was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The host always responded quickly to questions I had prior to our arrival and during our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working. I messaged the host and a repair person came within half an hour to fix it for us. ”

“This vacation home is few steps from the metro station, there are many restaurants nearby, has one parking spot included at the back of property and within 3 minutes walk there’s a indoor parking lot, very old yet functional and can be control from your phone through “Click and Park”. Good communication with owner or property manager. There are two flights of stairs to climb, so take that into consideration. Still pretty good, recommended!”

“The space looks exactly how it does in the photos! It’s perfect for two people and very close to the metro. It’s walkable distance from Old Port to Mount Royal, so it was the perfect location with amazing food spots close by. Olga was an amazing host and would highly recommend for people to stay here. “The apt. was quite comfortable, & our contact was helpful, friendly, & informative. However, the street was exceptionally noisy at night when the nightclub across the street was open--revelers yelling, horn honking, & general noise till 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. The headboard on the bed made noise as well. Night noise was the only drawback.”

"Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !"
