“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“I absolutely love this place! It’s always clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Parking is easy, and the restaurant is conveniently located within the hotel. Two tips: book through Expedia to save, and if you’re allergic to animals, be sure to let the attendant know. Usually, all guests with animals are on level 1, but on one of my stays, there was a guest with an animal on level 2. Other than that, it’s a perfect 10/10!”
