“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Room was exceptionally clean. Staff, without exception, were considerate and helpful. There was no breakfast bar, but a menu. The omelet was delicious and too big, so I took half of it for lunch! Outstanding!”
