Had a full sized tub and a kitchenette, while I was moving these where essential. The staff was nice and helpful parking was easy and the room was clean when I arrived.
I was a little nervous based off reviews but honestly it was very good for the price. My room was cleaned they even refreshed it during my short stays the front desk was nice the housekeepers greeted me in the hallls. I liked. The location a little hard at night I missed the turn in. But I’d stay again.
I got in later than expected. Paul and Gerald took care of me between late night shifts to make sure I got in safely. The staff made all the difference. Everything I needed in one room. Good stay.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness
A bathroom floor tile was loose and there was no grout on the tiled floor. Not mich water came out of bathroom sink faucet, not even enough to wash anything. There is no coffee maker or coffee or tea in the room. Absolutely no amenity like glasses, dishes or even plastic cups to go with the kitchen. The phone was broken and making the noise all night. The staff is good and the cleaning is ok but the amenity was terrible. It almost looked like this room I had (311) was not ready for a guest. It looked like it was going to be renovated soon but they made me stay anyway. It was absolutely the worst hotel experience ever.
I wish I had known that there were absolutely no kitchenware items: no plates, pans, silverware, etc. perhaps that was my fault for not reading the description well enough. The room was clean-ish. The property itself was questionable. Lots of pot and fighting. The gentleman who checked us in and all property staff were delightful. This just wasn’t the place for us.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Entire building reeked of smoke, including our room. Doors were locked early so we had trouble checking in. Front desk isn't open until exactly check out time and the cleaning staff was rude and acted like we were stupid for not being out of the room an hour before checkout.
The room did not look like the pictures advertised online. Everything was broken, stained, and smelly. I checked in at 2pm and left the room in the middle of the night. I had three days reserved and left after 13 hours. Worst experience ever.
Completely misrepresented online; not worth any "deal."
Room Condition: Persistent foul odor, broken cabinets, and damaged light fixtures throughout.
Appliances: The stove was completely broken, the microwave barely functioned, and only the fridge worked properly.
Service: Housekeeping only came once the entire week—as mentioned at check-in, though they didn't even replace the used towels. The front desk stayed shuttered most of the day, forcing guests to call by phone for basic assistance.
Overall Atmosphere: Run-down, sketchy, and entirely unsuitable for families.
The online photos are deeply misleading. Aside from a polite clerk at check-in and check-out, this stay was completely unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere.
