I was charged twice, they had no hot water, did not know when they would be able to fix. Halls were dirty with trash the doors did not lock to enter property anyone could enter the property floors were so dirty in rooms I would not stay here again

The property had no hot water. The area to walk to my room had nothing but plastic tarps all around it, which had an odor almost fungi or mold like. The bathroom was dirty and would not lock. The manager and the people checking us in were very rude and when asking for anything it seemed like an inconvenience. The complementary breakfast looked Horrible. We even decided to check out early because of all of these things.

Well I stated this beforeI really appreciated the staff but everything was always in ill repair first off the first two nights my sink fell out in the bathroom and set on the floor for two days. The coffee pot blew up and burnt my hand, the pool wasn't working all week long ruined every chance of a vacation that I had, and then the final straw was my TV went completely out and I went down to the desk and ask her if maintenance could come up and she told me no he wouldn't be there till Wednesday I left two days early I did not get my money back which I need but I'm not going to sit in a dark hotel with nothing to do and not even any TV. Downtown I lost my vape my briefcase
