“Bed and room were fine but maintenance was lacking :A hole in the bathroom wall either from a slammed door or missing hanger, the sofa cushions sank down to the sofa bed below. Just left the impression of lack of care.”

“The check-in process was easy, and the employee who greeted us was very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a few things that could have been improved. When we went to bed that evening, we noticed quite a few hairs on both beds. We decided to just brush it off and get some rest, but the morning clerk was able to address the issue and take care of it. The shower also could have been cleaned better, and there was only one bar of soap provided for the shower area with……

“Rooms and hotel were very well maintained. Our room was very nice. Only complaint they didn't keep up with the coffee, so it was out both morning. Breakfast 1st morning was very sparce and never replaced even by 830. Sunday Breakfast was much better but not much coffee was available. Over all experience was ok because of morning coffee and breakfast.”
