“While the property was well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, the linens were a good quality our big concern was safety in the bathroom. Even though we didn’t require a handicap room, a grab bar in the tub area would’ve been of value. The bathroom was extremely small and no counter space.”

“the room is not clean, A/C is noisy, it's bright during the night, no curtain to cover the side window, no WiFi coverage in the room. not satisfied with the stay ”

“It was not a bad day. The freezer door handle was broke, which is no big deal to close the bedroom door that was also broke. No big deal the fact that there was nobody there to talk to and your automated system failed to give me my passcode and we were locked out was a big deal. In the parking was horrible. The fact that we have to park across the street was unheard of for any of my other friends that were up there.Somebody should check your messages before they go out. That is my input.”

“The motel was well-kept and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We would have enjoyed more and bigger towels, and coffee in the room.”

“Check in was easy, they send you a code to unlock the door. You don’t see any staff. The room was damp feeling. There were dead bugs and cobwebs in every corner of the room and the bathroom. Paint in the bathroom was peeling. Ceiling tiles didn’t match and several had stains from something. The mattress was comfortable. It was a convenient location to walk the strip in the downtown. Using Expedia has always been good selection. This motel needs to get off their list.”
