"The room we had was nowhere near 4 stars. I had more comfortable bed in an Ibis than here (for the 2nd bed). The heating system made a huge amount of noise and I had to have the room colder just to prevent the damn thing to turn on. "Customer service is great. The property is close to bus stop and the supermarket is next door. Staffs are friendly and thw manager is a great guy.
