"When we checked in we were given a free room upgrade. There were complimentary bottles of water in the lobby. The hotel was clean, but the furnishings in the lobby and in our room looked like they were picked up from a garage sale. There is a bar and "restaurant" on site. The restaurant is counter served in the breakfast area. The bar was supposed to be open until 11, per the signage, but it was locked up with chains by 9 pm on a Saturday."

"The lady that checked us in Apr 25 was absolutely the best experience we could of asked for. We had driven from Sana Rosa,NM to Troy ,Ill that day. Exhausted ,it was the quikest ,easiest checki in we had ever had..What a pleasure, sold on Holiday in Express,thank you."

"We stayed here for the weekend while attending a dance competition in the area, I was very impressed. The entire place looked like it had been recently updated, it was very clean. The front desk staff was super friendly, our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast area was nice, not a super big selection but it was adequate. There were several restaurants within an easy walking distance, I was very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area."

"The staff was exceptional. From check in to asking for towels for the pool. They were great. Our dogs were welcomed. Only gripe - breakfast. Wish there was a little more options. Overall stay was great."
