"Clean comfortable bed, the only thing is the room was very warm even with heater turned off
Opened to window as my husband wouldn’t let me turn the A/C on haha"

Great property, and the manager went out of her way to help upgrade our room since we checked in late and there was a nicer one available. Pool is great, and there are even rooms with giant jacuzzi tubs!
Will stop back here again!

Concierge’s were nice, overall common areas were clean. Rooms were clean, needed a little updating but overall nice. Pool and pool areas needed cleaned. Hot tub wasn’t working. Breakfast was hot, not the grab and go stuff you get at other hotels. Easy to find

Having stayed here many time's before this Hotel was tired, not dirty, just tired and Mngmnt and Staff utilized Handicapped parking as personnel parking to a point the Sherrif had to be called.........not this stay, surprise, maybe still an 8 of 10, it was very obvious someone was trying, nice stay under the circumstances, ty.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Had to fly in for a funeral and required some extra assistance. Very accommodating people. I go to Port Huron a few times a year and will quite simply stop shopping for the "lowest price" which by the way WAS the lowest and just book with them. Of course one could find a place for less but at what price? I know the area and this works. No shortage of icky neighborhoods in the Port Huron area. Great rooms, great bed, breakfast room, nice pool etc. etc....

You can find a great deal from $111 on Avoca motels with Expedia. Typically, prices are higher during popular times – like weekends and holidays – while staying midweek is often cheaper. To find the best nightly rates on Avoca motels, try to be flexible with travel dates, and sort search results by price from low to high.
Is it better to stay in a Avoca motel or hotel?
Motels and Hotels have different perks. When you stay at a motel, you’re likely to find free parking and an outdoor pool. Staying overnight at a motel, can be handy when requiring easy road access. You’ll often have access to your room from outside, and directly from the parking lot. Hotels generally have room access from inside the building. Motels are also often less expensive than hotels. The word “motel” was coined in 1925 by the owner of the Milestone Mo-Tel in San Luis Obispo, California.
