2 Bedroom Condo- Waterfront! 2023 Renovation 2 Kayaks Included, Pool and Tennis

2023 Renovation! Roomy 2 bedroom ( one bedroom is a loft), 2 bathroom condo. Cozy, comfortable family area for TV and games. View some of the best sunsets on Hatteras Island while enjoying cocktails on the spacious new deck after a day at the beach. We have a queen befroom with a private full bath and the second bedroom is a second foloor loft with 2 twin beds! It is a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for a family of 4 , or 2 couples. Walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream and shops. Less than an mile to the Avon fishing pier. Swimming and Tennis included at the Kinnakeet Shores pool, located 2 miles south in the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood, located behind the Food Lion.
We are often told that the pictures do not do the condo justice.
The dock is privately owned. It is great to look at, but it is not available for us to use. There is a boat ramp on property to launch kayaks.
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 3 night minimum during the off-season.

Amazing place to stay
I’ve stayed here multiple times and always come back. The condo is amazing, the view of the sound is breathtaking, and there are kayaks to enjoy. The location is great too and a close walk to the beach.

Perfect for a couple or small family
Condo is right on the Sound with a deck looking out at it with a nice view of the sun setting. Partially blocked by trees but still good. Ninja indoor grill provided works great. We took the kayaks that come with the rental out most days and they are great for checking out the Sound. The owner Dan is very responsive to any questions or issues and really wants you to have a great time. He was at a party and still called to help with a TV issue that was resolved.

Great location, clean with great views
This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the Outer Banks. The location was close to the beach, very clean and the host was great. We loved the outdoor deck in the evening to watch the sunset and sip some wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to plan a trip to Avon!

Great location and property!
The property is situated on the Pamlico sound with wonderful views. The area is extremely quiet and we loved using the provided kayaks in the sound. The short walk to the beach was very convenient and the beach in this area is not busy at all and very relaxing. Communication with Dan was easy and he was very responsive to any issues we had. The driveway coming in was full of major pot holes, so you have to drive in very slowly and carefully. The only negative I would say was that the beds were extremely firm and pillows very thin.

Great spot!
We especially enjoyed watching sunsets on the deck at night and kayaking in the sound. Our unit had an especially great view! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The only minor challenge was that the driveway was pretty washed out (must be from heavy rain). It needed to be addressed. I highly recommend this property.

Favorite vacation spot.

This property is a gem. It’s situated with a beautiful view of the bay opening the sound as the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. It is c I’m in a onvenient to both the beach side as well as the soundside and is a wonderful place to stay home if you are contemplating great experience in Obx.
