NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME\*\*\* This Buckhorn townhome offers the best of everything Bachelor Gulch has to offer. It abuts the ski run and is ski in with 50 steps to slope. Step outside the door, grab your skis, walk 50 steps and whisk around the large in-ground, very private jacuzzi straight to the slopes or to Bachelor Gulch Express chairlift. When you stay in our Buckhorn home you have complimentary use of the three Ritz Carlton hot tubs, and the heated pool. You also have paid use of the Ritz spa and workout room. Only a 5 minute walk from our place! We also have a private hot tub at our home for your convenience. It is hard to find a true 5-bedroom; 5 ½ bath house in Beaver Creek, especially so close to Bachelor Gulch Village. The house is exquisitely furnished, the beds are extremely comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house has it's own two-car garage and private entrance. Ski straight to the back door after an incredible day on the slopes. No lobbies, no locker rooms, no front desk, no sharing the jacuzzi – this is your private piece of paradise. The bustling Après and live music scene at the Ritz Carlton is only a 5 minute walk away, yet none of the festivities can be heard from this quiet home. Even sitting on the deck and experiencing the ski slope views and gorgeous aspens is peaceful and relaxing. Coffee in the morning or afternoon Après on the deck or a very short walk to the Ritz Carlton is one of those unforgettable experiences. NO ANIMALS, PARTIES, OR PARTY ANIMALS........ (Strictly enforced with zero tolarance) Summer in Bachelor Gulch is a magical time - the wind through the aspen trees, the spa facilities at the Ritz, rafting the Eagle River, ziplining in nearby Vail. There are beautiful hiking trails just outside the door, including the village-to-village trail which has a gorgeous, moderately challenging hike to Beaver Creek Village with a free shuttle back. This three-level mountain home is nestled within the aspens and has a cozy gas fireplace, kitchen with premium appliances, a great media room, five guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, large laundry room with two full-sized, washer/dryer and two-car garage. We have room for two regular sized cars in garage, two in the driveway and overflow parking available in two lots down the road for 10.00 a day. The free shuttle will take you back to the house from there. The covered deck has great views and a gas BBQ, with the hot tub just steps away. Layout Main Floor has the front entrance, great room and kitchen and the master bedroom with King bed. The master bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Middle floor (downstairs) has Bedroom 2 with two queen beds and private bath, Bedroom 3 is the ski room with private bath, twin bunk beds, and direct access to the slopes and large private outside jacuzzi. Bedroom 4 has a private bath and two queen beds. The home is beautiful and was just like the pictures. Coleman immediately sent any items that ran out during our stay. The two main reasons we would not consider staying here again are 1) we were told the couch in the basement had a queen sized pull out bed. It was actually a bit bigger than a twin bed. My husband had to sleep on a couch during our visit. Coleman did treat us to drinks which was nice but it was a long week for my husband. 2) The hot tub only worked one day of our stay. Coleman explained to my husband how to shock treat it but it continued to smell awful. We had everything we needed in the condo. It was very comfortable and easy to get to and from the Ritz which is where the wedding was. There is free valet parking at the Ritz as long as the car is not parked overnight. The shuttle bus will pick up and drop off anywhere in Beaver Creek or Vail at no charge. When we started planning a summer trip we knew immediately where we wanted to stay. Coleman was wonderful! We had a great summer vacation and would have loved to stay longer. We enjoyed the house and it was handy to be close to the Ritz. We had dinner and lunch at Ritz (easy walk) and caught Sled to Zacks Cabin at Ritz. Skiers were able to ski in/out as advertised. A couple people actually got to use the snowshoes!! All in all great trip - and accommodations were perfect. This property was excellent for our two families of 9 total people. Location is perfect for access to Bachelor Gulch and the Ritz Carlton, literally the first home beyond the Ritz residences. The house was stocked perfectly with most common supplies and tons of towels, bedding, etc. Coleman was an outstanding property manager, very responsive, easy to communicate with, and he quickly resolved two minor issues we had during the stay. I brought in a group of business owners for a weekend retreat and the home was everything we needed and more to make the weekend wonderful. So much space, incredibly comfortable beds, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Coleman was super responsive and helpful, there were ZERO issues, only ease. As close to a true ski in ski out you can get. Very short walk and putting skis on. Hot tub was great but did short out a lot. This is easily fixed by flipping breaker right next to hot tub. We had 12 people staying in the house and had plenty of space for everyone. Very nice to have 2 sets of washing machines and dryers. Easy access to the Ritz for Apres and dinner. SInce had access to dial a ride shuttle once parked car never got in it until day we left for airport. This Bachelor Gulch Townhouse was perfect for our group. It is easy to walk to the Ritz Carlton as well as get a village connect ride over to Beaver Creek Village. The owners/ managers were very attentive and helpful. The unit is beautiful with amazing views of the slopes. Easy to ski in and ski out. Would 100% recommend!
