"I loved everything about this amazing place. The energy was very welcoming and the place was absolutely gorgeous. If there was anything could recommend, it would be to have better pillows. Now, this next item is about the server in your restaurant, named Kathy. She was very attentive, very concise, and very concerned about my needs. "I’ll be honest, when we drove up we were worried. The exterior looks dated, but we just needed a room for the football hall of fame game so we kept an open mind. The interior did not match the exterior. Everything was updated and well kept. The man at the front desk was friendly and checked me in right away. He gave me room keys and offered to carry our luggage (I declined since we were on the first floor). Our room was adequate sized and had a small fridge and microwave. The air conditioner worked and the bathroom was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The only complaint was there was a loose piece of tile in the floor and we both tripped over it, but that’s nothing big. The free breakfast in the morning had hot items and standard continental items and was well stocked. For a one night stay we really can’t complain. It was close to the highway but the room was quiet and we got a decent nights sleep. We would stay here again if we were in the area. "
"This property holds sentimental value to me as my grandparents managed this motel years ago when a different company owned it and I spent my childhood here. I can appreciate that a lot of work has gone into repairing and fixing up the location. The new management is visibly dedicated to to ensuring that your stay is pleasant. Staff in the office and the maid service were extremely friendly and welcoming. I didn't get a chance to swim but the pool looked clean and well maintained. "
"This is an adorable place! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There’s a nice balcony overlooking well tended flower beds. Rocking chairs around the fire pit. Playground kids. Complimentary cookies and popcorn in the evening. Excellent breakfast included. I love it here!"

"I loved the hotel decor, the historic look and feel of the hotel. I did not like having to walk from the garage to the hotel. After you park your car, you have to walk through a connecting hallway to enter the hotel courtyard. This hallway was filthy and odorous. Seeing this area as your first exposure to the hotel gave me a very negative impression of it. This garage area needs extensive renovation to improve the overall impression of the hotel. One elevator was not working and once on it, you had to go up then go down to reach your destination. The room was beautiful, comfortable and expansive. The hotel is centrally located to restaurants, shopping and entertainment in the downtown area. There was confusion about my reservation through Expedia saying I could not stay at the hotel, but the hotel saying there was no issue with my reservation. I was very concerned and confused about the hotel booking and it felt like a scam to me. I did not contact Expedia for this reason. You may want to investigate because it creates a bad impression and reputation for your outstanding hotel."

"Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. "
