We had two adults and four kids ages 7 to 16, but it's an RV so two of the beds were shorter than standard sizes and we had to put our shortest kids on those, which worked well. I wouldn't want to try to sleep 6 full size adults. Other amenities on the property were great. My kids loved the popcorn with all the flavor options, the hammocks, and the owner's dogs.
