Conveniently located on the east side of Glacier NP, the drive to the Many Glacier, Saint Mary, and Two Medicine entrances were all about 30-45 minutes. “If you don’t want to deal with steep steps up to the loft area, Amtrak trains going by at night, and a rooster crowing every morning, you should probably skip this place. If you don’t mind any of this, it’s a cute and reasonably priced place to stay outside Glacier National Park. Good coffee shop next door. The bed in the loft was super cozy and a great place to nap if it’s raining. Probably a better choice for younger, agile people due to the stairs up to the sleeping area.”

“We opted not to stay once we saw the cabins. The lack of exterior photos on Expedia made sense when we saw the shacks lined up in the open field without even a tree. Two attempts at communication were not responded to, and finding out that the cabins had no potable water was a late admission after refund dealines had passed.
