“Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the……

“It was a nice motel. We stayed there for one night on our way through town coming from Colorado to the Grand Canyon. Very clean and very nice. Good breakfast. It was great.”

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“We got a room on the bottom floor. the guy upstairs was loud, when he walked around you could hear him thumping around, we could hear the people next door flushing their toilet. Walls must be thin. The room smelled of moist and bathroom floor was dirty. I was glad i had brought slippers to wear around in the room.”

“The first room had food on the floor and the toilet seat was broken. I asked for a different room and the staff was helpful and kind. The second room was cramped and very small compared to other hotels we have stayed in at comparable pricing. The breakfast was awful. I couldn’t even eat it. We stayed here based in the Marriott name. We won’t make the same mistake again.”

“The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!”
