The staff were super friendly and kind, and the balcony and rooftop were beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there. At the end of my stay they even gave me a hotel bag as a gift. They gave us local suggestions and it was easy to communicate with them while we were out exploring, via whatsapp. They offered us a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options; fruit, juices, meat, eggs, pho, dumplings, spring rolls etc. everything from check in to check out and laundry service were seamless."
