“Worst hotel experience ever. The lack of basics like a dresser or a table or a closet. And you can't put your things on the floor because the portable AC unit in the room is causing a puddle in the carpet. If you try hanging your stuff on the little command hooks on the walls, they'll fall and take a chunk of drywall with them. There was a TV but no remote. There was trash under the bed. “The cottage we got was not the one shown in the pictures. The main door had a broken glass, replaced with plywood. The kitchen had pots and pans, but nothing to cook on (only a microwave). Also, knobs on drawers kept falling off which made accessing kitchen utensils and dishes difficult. The bed was comfy, but the only other place to sit was a small outdoor bistro table set with 2 chairs. Not comfortable. The shower has a leak (a constant drip) and the bathroom faucet needs a good scrub. The……

I really wanted to love this property because it has so much potential. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds and gorgeous views of the river. The Inn itself is charming, and the outdoor patio at the restaurant is spectacular. The restaurant also offers excellent gluten-free options, which I really appreciated.
Our room had thoughtful amenities, including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and even real wine glasses. The view from the room was……

“This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”
