“Beautiful old-fashioned property by the lake. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I did not like the breakfast, comprised in the price of the room. At that price (about 400$ a night) I'd like better coffee and fresh non-processed eggs. There was no omelette, and no soft boiled eggs. The potatoes were dry and the sausage unsavoury. What is the 49$ "property fee" for? To conclude, a beautiful property with friendly staff who need to improve the quality of breakfast.”

“The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show.
Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. ”

“Time for major renovations….basics were there…bathroom was clean , water was hot…but no drinking glasses, Kleenex, no chair or table in the room. Did have coffee and tea available in the lobby. Our room key was in an envelope on the desk…no one around! Front door open all night.”

“This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”
