“The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks”

“Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.”

“beautiful hotel and location *we reserved a "Sea View room", with TWO (2) beds, SPECIFICALLY, and our room ONLY had ONE Bed, and when we asked for a proper room / additional bed, we got a rollaway bed, and they wanted to charge us an ADDIONAL $18.00/night??? We complained, and they ultimately did not charge us ( we think?) but it was an unpleasant check-in experience!!! ”

“The hotel has best views in the Castellammare Del Golfo. It was was bit noisy for 3 nights as they had events. Rooms are clean but for some reason lots of ants on the floor!!! You need a car to get to places as it’s out of the city. Staff are pleasant!”

“Ottimo albergo situato nei pressi della marina di Castellammare del Golfo. La zona è tranquilla, seppur vicinissima al centro. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, e alcune dispongono di un balcone. La colazione continentale è di buona qualità, e il personale si è dimostrato sempre cortese e disponibile. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato, un vero valore aggiunto dato che Castellammare è un borgo ricco di zone ZTL. Tutto lo staff della reception è stato squisito, ma desidero rivolgere un……
