“Easy check in, the bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabin was a little worn, but perfect for what we needed. The additional safety components for entering the property / ammenities made us feel at ease”

“Minimal breakfast gluten free almost non existent The bathroom tiles need to be changed as they had spots and looked dirty but fortunately they weren’t. Staff very helpful. Difficult finding the place . The Hotel needs a big sign as it can get very frustrating finding especially at night. ”

“House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.”

“訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！”

“位置不錯 但因為樓上樓下是酒吧餐廳 晚上睡覺時可能會有噪音 但因為行程挺累得依舊睡著了 ”

“由於客房已滿,所以我預定了兩種房型, 但原來兩種不同房型的位置是不同的。所以大家庭出遊要注意, 訂同一房型才能住在同一位置。 酒店客房十分寛敝, 住得很舒適。”
