A fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean, convenient, with the best reception staff you could wish for. It's the little touches we loved. The fresh homemade lemonade with sugar syrup, the little daily 'fortune' scrolls, and the free flavoured vodka in reception. The girls who worked there always welcomed us with cheery smiles and were so willing to help .. always offering to make coffee or to fetch anything we needed. They were amazing. The best reception staff I've ever come across.
The room was spotless, and had a sofa (a huge bonus after a lot of walking). The breakfast was good, there is a lift, and good air-con. We will definitely go there again next time we return to Krakow.

A nice hotel well located on the edge of the Old Town and within easy walking distance to most places of interest, bars and restaurants.
Very clean and probably renovated recently. Nice to have the options of freshly cooked eggs, etc at breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean.
Across three nights bedlinen and towels were only changed twice. Apparently its not automatic and there was a button we were supposed to press?
Staff very pleasant but maybe clearer instructions in room or at checkin would help.
Overall a good stay in a comfortable hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great view on Wawel castle. Definitely also enjoy the restaurant, Amarylis, which really deserves a Michelin star!

"My favourite place for a very comfortable overnight stay, easily walkable to the airport. Clean, quality furnishings and bedding, great shower. Good choice at breakfast. Great to have easy parking .(I only gave 4 stars this time, as in the middle of a heatwave the room aircon wasn't as effective ..."

"Air con in 1st room not working and it was a cool 38c outside. Door to the balcony was broken in second room. Had to sleep with the door open for two night. Staff where not very friendly or helpful"
