It was very nice. The breakfast menu is superb. However, for 5 stars Id expect at least a pen in the room, no stains on the kettle and a staff that will walk with me to check the keys and not let me go up and down 3 times by myself Just because they mixed up room numbers.

Wonderful stay at the Amber. Excellent location so convenient to Old Town Krakow, and the breakfast is possibly one of the best I've had in Europe. Front desk staff are very helpful. If I find myself back in Krakow, I'll be staying here.

"Wonderful hotel just 20mins from the John Paul II airport. The staff were exceptional, my room very clean and was cleaned daily . The breakfast was good and catered to my gluten free needs. The hotel is just a stone throw from a tram station and so it was easy to travel to the old town and back. ..."
