We loved Balmoral Arms. It was beautiful and very quaint and lovely as were the staff! We especially had a fun time in the cozy pub with an excellent dinner there also. The staff were great! We enjoyed our meal in the lovely dining room for dinner and breakfasts. Great location for seeing Balmoral Castle. Parking was very convenient!

Dated smaller rooms but it is a very old building. Dinner was excellent. Some staff were definitely on while others were confused about the menu and reservations for dinner. Common areas were old but charming and cozy.

Great location helpful and friendly staff! We stayed for two nights ate dinner there one night and food was very good. Only 7 miles from Balmoral Castle also walking distance to coffee and nice local stores.

This was a beautiful, cosy place to stay. Staff were super friendly and the lobby, guest areas and pub and restaurant were beautiful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel lives up to its historical roots . The staff were friendly and cordial. The breakfast can be a bit chaotic at times.. There are no lifts so luggage has to be man handled up the stairs The hotel is well located in the centre of town and parking easy It is well worth a visit

Wonderful hotel near Balmoral with comfortable rooms and staff definitely represented the classic highland hospitality! Great welcome and restaurant on grounds with cozy lobby area near a roaring fireplace. Staff gave great recommendations of the area. Will definitely stay again!
