Apartments in Balmaha for Rent

"We booked a room on floor 14 with a river view. It is an extra £20 per night but it’s worth every penny. The staff are so kind and helpful giving us oat milk for the tea in our room and replenishing everything and tidying it all each day of our 4 night stay. The only reason for not giving it full marks is that it would have been good to have a mini fridge for our milk alternative and the cabinetry had the space and a socket for one so couldn’t fathom why it was missing as it’s a basic standard in hotels at this level. But perhaps they are still cutting the rooms out. A very pleasant stay and will stay again. "

"We recently stayed here for two nights and had a superb time. We booked a one bedroom apartment which was clean and tidy, and well kitted out with everything we’d need for the weekend. Staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the location of the apartment was exactly what we were looking for with amenities around. Highly recommend recommended!"

"The room was spotless clean The bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was one of the best and the honeycomb was a brilliant touch. The restaurant for dinner was disgraceful both our meals were uneadable and very disappointing. The staff didnt come near to ask if everything was ok! It cost £50 We left and went down town for dinner Overall our stay was very enjoyable. And gave 5☆ "

"Staff was busy talking among them with personal stuff. Lack of attention when I asked to request a taxi, she did not care her body language showed me that. Room are very nice and Vega the 7th floor entertainment center is not welcoming, everything looks very artificial."
