"Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. "

"A clean, quite new, attractive and comfortable place. Not good sound-proofing between rooms, however. Also, we stayed for three nights and received no housekeeping services. "

"Room was not equipped with trash bags for trash. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, there was an overwhelming musty, mold like smell like there had been a leak somewhere and the rugs were not properly cared for after. Our room thermostat was broken and unable to hold a steady temperature making it either extremely cold or extremely hot in the bedroom part of our suite. The refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold and the TVs did not function properly. "

"Pool was great, room clean. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of pot. I was there for a cheer comp as many parents and kids were. We stayed two nights. The entire hotel smelled very strong of weed. Throughout our entire time. We were in and out of the hotel various times of the day and night and it stunk. Don’t think we will be back"
