pro: room was clean, a/c heat was good, bathroom spotless, bed and linens were great, tv and refrigerator were good, staff was very obliging- stay was good value and worth more if deficiencies were addressed con: hallway needs painting, carpets dirty, lobby not neat- sketchy 2 rooms were not odor free and need airing out. The sanitizing smell was overpowering- a little attention would go a long way

Room wasn't cleaned, facility needs total updating, bathtub was peeling, bathroom door had mildew stains! Staff was okay, housekeepers were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was offered, but we didn't eat there. Air conditioning worked well, did see a mouse!

Clean rooms good breakfast helpful staff easy checking in and check outs. Clean premises overall well manicured grass and hedges. Cold, air conditioned rooms with free ice machines and easily accessible pool area. Weight rooms available made new want to stay longer. Good hotel good stay. I highly recommend.

This hotel wasn’t clean to my liking. The shower was clogged and the linen was dirty on the bedding. While the refrigerator was rusted inside and out and wasn’t clean. The employees were nice enough to change my room and understood the concerns that I had. I wouldn’t revisit.

I didn't even try the pool. The lobby reeked of weed. We reserved a wheelchair accessable room. The first one was so narrow my wife couldnt even drive in. The secon she could at least get her wheelchair in. The door barely locked so we had the ironing board shoved under it for security. The breakfast was food, when it was there. We had one towel the first night and had to ask 4 times for more towels. Not the best time. All the staff were very friendly though.

No water in vending machines for days, front desk person had customers waiting at the desk for check in. He says I just lit my cigarette I’ll be right there while they waited. No bows of tissue. But I will say one housekeeper was very good and very friendly:)

During breakfast worker was slow in cleaning the area once people finished eating. Cups, plates, and food weren't replenished when needed. The room was clean, but communicating with the staff was a problem. Many of them couldn't speak English. The heating unit worked well.
