To begin with when we first arrived I was dismayed to see that it was behind a storage facility with nothing around it except a gas station. There were no restaurants or stores to buy food. When we went to check in there was an odor about the place and no one at the front desk and no bell or way to call someone, so I waited. There were 4 of us staying there, myself and my teenage children. There was only one cake of soap, no shampoo/conditioner and no extra rolls of tp. I went downstairs to ask for more and was given more soap grudgingly. I asked for a couple of rolls of TP, but was told I get 1 very unkindly. So, I had to go down several times to get more TP because we were staying 4 days. What really surprised me is that there is no room service.
I was informed after I inquired about it that I had to take out my own trash and if I wanted clean towels, I had to bag them and leave them by the door. This was so out of the ordinary for me. I am all for that if I am saving money, they are short on staff and they request the guest to help, but that was not the case, and the room was not cheap. The continental breakfast is really a grab and go without much choice. I usually don't do reviews because I don't feel the need to complain, but this was something else entirely.
