You have to use a key on elevator to get to rooms. Good hearty breakfast. Very quiet. Didn’t use pool. Told water was cold.

First let me say the staff at breakfast, front desk and valet were exceptional! Nice and kind people. Now lets talk about the room. The rug was flat out disgusting and had a stench. We had to buy lysol to kill the ordor. I cannot understand for the life of me why these hotels do not shampoo their rugs at least every 7 months to a year. We had to wear flip flops around the room. If you don't care or don't have rhe money or staff to maintain a rug then how about just having a bare floor. Also the furniture could use a dusting. I dont know if its the management of house keeping or what but this is unacceptable. Will not return.

Overall we we were pleased with the facility. The breakfast was good and hot. There were several nice choices. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the breakfast. Staff to the valet room was nice and quiet. The shower looked updated. I suppose if I was going to complain, it was the outlets in our room Were loose and so the things we plugged in did not always charge because the plugs were loose. We would stay here again.
