"Front desk check in staff was very busy with a group traveling together. However, the two ladies (Gia or Gianna I forgot her name checked me in) at the front desk were FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND FAST!! The hotel itself was amazing. In the hallway while walking to our room we looked out the window (nighttime was best) and had amazing views of the waterfront. Amazing elevator views going up to the room was nice too! Our view from the room was of a parking lot but hey it is Baltimore not every room will have harbor views so you get what you pay for and we didn't pay extra for a harbor view LOL. But really the hotel was very clean and nice I would definitely recommend! Good job Bmore team! "

"It was a great hotel. Convenient location to the harbor and its amenities. Great dining options and pharmacy options close by for last minute essentials. Since our visit was early in May, we also collided with prom events but our room and their ballroom was nicely sound proofed to where I wasn’t able to hear it from our room which was great! I also left an item in the hotel and the staff were amazing at communicating and getting it back to me as efficiently as possible. We felt very taken care of here "
