We requested towels daily to no avail. I called daily about towels. I left messages daily about towels. I was in meetings daily from 7:30am to 8:30am so there was no way I could make it to the office in a timely manner for towels. When I would go to the office, there were no towels available. The front desk clerk said she would leave a message but the next day NO towels. On the third day she gave US the towels that you place on the floor after you shower. I believe the clerk did that out of SHEER HATRED. It was uncalled for. I have many more business trips in your state but will NOT be staying at your hotel. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Customer Service is unacceptable. She could have given me towels from a VACANT room. The front desk clerk needs to be trained in customer service etiquette.

The computer systems were not updating properly so the first room I was given to check into had not been cleaned up. The second room did not have any coffemaker and the toilet clogged on the second flush - which was rather inconvenient. The staff was excellent and the rooms clean. Everyth ing (except the toilet) was more than satisfactory.

I love the reasonable price offered for my stay during New Year 2023 weekend and the motel was near Martins west establishment ; but the parking lot at Quality Inn was scarce.

They have roaches, parking was horrible it was like a club when going into the lobby to check in. There was literally nowhere to park due to the lounge they have on site. When I notified staff of the roaches they didn’t offer a solution or anything it was simply “ok” no acknowledgement nothing.
