The property sign is hidden behind trees and some overgrowth, and it is very easy to drive by it, (which we did). Luckily GPS turned us around. The check in area is at the bottom of the property in poorly marked building (actually no sign, stating that it is the check in building, and we had to turn around to find it). The check in staff was impersonal and matter of fact in the way that they dealt with us. Basically, could have cared less if you stay there or not. We did not like the fact that they try to get you to attend a Hilton Vacation Seminar as soon as you sign in to the property. All further communication from them is by text. " Pleasant, but scripted". The rooms are clean and large. However, if you stay for, four days or less, there is no housekeeping service. For such a large property the pools are small, and the indoor pool is very small and in its own building. Also, if you are afraid of heights, this property is not for you. The drive up to your building where you stay is extremely steep and winding. Not a pleasant drive up or down!

Kids LOVED the pools and water slides. Rooms were big and fully equipped with everything you need.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, kindness of staff, and overall great experience we had! We have already told several friends to check it out!
