When I entered my room, although the space itself looked decent at first glance, the cleanliness was not acceptable. The carpet had visible stains, which immediately made the room feel poorly maintained and unhygienic. The next morning, I asked about breakfast and was informed that it was not included with the room. While I understand that not all hotels offer complimentary breakfast, this was not clearly explained during booking. Additionally, the front desk staff member I interacted with that morning lacked professionalism and did not provide a welcoming or helpful experience. Another major concern was the parking situation. Accessing the parking lot after 10 PM was confusing and inconvenient. The entry and exit process is not clearly marked, making it unnecessarily difficult for guests to navigate—especially at night. Overall, this stay was disappointing due to poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional customer service. Management should take these concerns seriously and focus on better staff training, clearer policies, and improved maintenance.
