“Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. We did a lot of cooking and missed not having……

“We had a wonderful stay at Curry Pines Golf House. The house was very clean!! The golf simulator was a hit!! Drew was a very wonderful host and even gave us a welcome gift!Our only suggestion is to put a blind at the door downstairs. ”

“Verrrry clean, cold a/c, beautiful decor, small yet great for a quick escape. Our host was awesome, so accommodating, friendly. Its on a golf community so very quiet. ”

“The Barn was absolutely wonderful!! Exactly as pictured. The photos in the bedroom are so cool, I could have been looking out my hotel video in Vegas. It was perfect for our family gathering. Erik was very an excellent host. We will certainly stay here again.”

“This is an amazing apartment!! We decided to travel last minute and everything from the booking process to communication with the owner was easy. While we did not use all the Barrier Island amenities because it’s off season (and we own another home nearby), I can tell you they are convenient and great for families. We adore the sound side view and the sunsets were incredible. If you are looking for an alternative to renting a whole house, this is your best option! A note if you have any mobility……
