“We arrived at 5:00 pm. After finding the office upstairs, the sugn on the door said it was after hours...what? But an envelope with information was there for us. Other guests helped find our room. Map provided was not helpful. Musty smell the second we opened the door, floor needed a good scrubbing, so dirty .We were only there one night, but never saw any staff.”

I would than have to call down to desk, but than have to go down and get them myself. Breakfast was good!! Balcony was good, property was a little run down and you could see maintenance was not kept up”

“Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. “This was our 2nd stay at Marcy's condo. It is in a perfect location; the condo is fully loaded with anything you could possibly need for a stay. We stayed in Oct and now April. “We loved the adult pool, but it could use additional umbrellas and umbrellas that adjust. Also there was service, but it was quite slow due to lack of staffing. The beach is okay and steep with a drop off in some areas. It's also short and the free umbrellas are small and don't provide much shade. We appreciated the coolers with electrolyte water at the entrance to the beach, but we did not spend any time on it other than to walk due to the heat, and these biting flies.
