“Room 15 — Broken toilet seat..asked for repair… not even addressed…only one hand towel-there were 2 of us in room…told only one hand towel is what we should get Room 16 — remainder of our group was 3 family members…. Sheets on bed had significant stains on them- right in the middle each person tried to sleep on outer edges of bed-very poor experience….. the folding bed had heavy staining on the mattress. “Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.”
