I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! "The hotel was fantastic. It’s only three metro stops from Ahoy and conveniently located near many attractions and amenities. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around Rotterdam. The room service was excellent, with the option to order food directly from Foodhallen. There is also a 24/7 self-checkout shop on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The views from the room and balcony were amazing, especially with the beautiful weather during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, particularly if TwitchCon returns to Rotterdam in the future."
