“Lovely apartment and great location but thermostat / heating didn’t work and there was no hot water!!”

The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. The window only opens a small amount, so it is impossible to cool the room down in the evening. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult. The online reception was also disappointing. It took over 30 minutes to get a concrete……

“Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table.”

“Able to check in early by messaging with the Orange Door. Great location for us to get to Lords and Camden Market using Public Transport (ie Buses). Bus stops just outside the property. Cafe close by for Breakfast and dinner. Shop available close by for general needs.”

“Clean bed, having AC and fan was great. Old carpet in the room. Bathroom needs some update but shower water pressure was good. A lot of stairways up to the 3rd floor and hallway was covered with old and dirty carpet. Also smell of food coming up from street”

“We loved the location of this property. In the city center but you would never know because it was so peaceful and beautiful. Only two issues, first the bathroom door was in the way. Too large for the area. A pocket door would be better. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning. Fans were provided, but still uncomfortable. They have nothing to do with the unusual hot weather, so not a downside, but thought I'd mention it so others are aware. The unit was small but good for two people.……
