"As frequent vrbo customers, our experiences generally meet or exceed expectations. Not so here. Our positive rating reflects the convenient location, but the apartment itself was disappointing. This is a converted attic, not a penthouse. The description promises a lift, but it doesn't make clear that after you open the apartment door you are confronted with a steep staircase up to the apartment--not easy for seniors with luggage. "This apartment is perfectly located for exploring London. The bedrooms are quiet. The back bedroom is wonderfully cool and the front bedroom has the option of adding air conditioning."

"The property was very clean, and had appropriate bedding and bath towels for our family group of five. The location was great, right across the street from Harrods, and Knightsbridge train station. The building lift worked. I would book this flat again!"

"The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden "
