I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

A restful hotel, very friendly staff, all of whom were very helpful. Food was excellent, both for breakfast and for evening meals. Very well situated for both the town and The Edge.

Having stayed here in the 90s the standards have definitely slipped. At breakfast constantly had to ask staff for food/drink supplies to be replenished. Bar staff not good, no eye contact when waiting, couldn't pour lager properly and had no idea how to make an Irish coffee! Only 4 Blue Badge parking places, is an unacceptable percentage in my view. Some comments given to Victoria on reception when we checked out. Must mention Mason in the restaurant, very nice and very helpful
