“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. “This place is a real gem, especially for the price we got it for. Everything was clean and fully stocked when we arrived. Loved the decorations everywhere, especially the sun room out back. There were many nice to haves like firewood and extra foodstuffs in the pantries. The documents that were sitting on the table gave all the information we needed, contacting the owner was pretty straightforward and efficient. My group loved meeting the goats outside haha. “We always have a pleasant stay here. Been a customer for years. The staff is always super helpful and friendly, and it’s a great location away from the hustle bustle of hotel row in Canal Park. I do wish the owner would spend more time on maintenance - especially the driveway, parking lot and pool facilities. A few dollars invested would go a long way to prevent unnecessary deterioration. Overall, a great value. The Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwiches were a nice addition to breakfast. We will be……
