The hotel facility was amazing. Expedia is a total rubbish. I was told by the Expedia woman that I was buying a room at the Indoor water park and the passes for my family and everything was all set in a package deal. When we arrived not only was the room she booked us NOT AT THE WATER PARK but the tickets were NOT included! I was told by hotel staff that Expedia cannot give package deals- room only. Caspian Lake is terrific (mere steps away), and the lodge provides all manner of kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and more.
